(I'm pretty sure cyclone and tempest are based off of someone else, but the moves of cyclone and tempest are carbon copys of Angelique from this video. Angelique and Wind both have moves similer, and moves that are the same as Cyclones/Tempests and eagle claw.
K's stance is abysses, aswell as K's moveset being based off of Inferno. *inferno is based off of K' as said in the thread.*
and (another) serpent, is based off of iori from KoF and Roa from Melty blood. Iori is closer to Persona and shaolin tiger though. *moreso persona than tiger.* Although the moves dont have the purple flame explosions at the end. (I'm almost certain its based off of another fighting game character but I forget the name. edit #69. the character that I forgot would be Roa from melty blood. so iori is still similer im keeping it because i tried to find something similer send help)

Try and look at any KOF Joe Higashi combo video, and u won't see the exact
