If a target is near by when the lightning zap the character, the lightning will reflect on the other and make them knockback.(Distance for knockback is like Electro's KP) Special combo breaker/ Spinning Knockback [215] Description : This is like Red Storm's kG,it'll start out as a grab first.It would be an uncounterable grab that causes whoever it lands on to be shocked in place (Thunderstorm Charger, Ring of Death powerlines) till a bolt of lightning strikes them down to the floor. I love the concept. Simple yet effective. Not over the top, annoying, or OP like most scrolls. Like how this scroll doesn't have some lame gimmick to spam.
