New reworked tier list based on all factors including potential and difficulty. Will constantly be edited with the changes in Metas and scroll updates/add-ons.

    DEFINITIONS:
    BOLD TEXT
: Might move up a tier
*: Scrolls with a *star* require some form experience/skill for it to justify its ranking, but fully deserves it. Might be abit harder to use compared to easier to use scrolls, but still has a potential depth of the tier.

?): A scroll position that doesn't have an exact rank within its tier. It is left at the end of a list to leave the worst ones ranked at the bottom of a list, But they are worst than the numbered ones.

Street Tier: Street is the ultimate disrespect scroll. If you win with street, You've just told the whole game that you're opponent is "STR8 TRASH" and should probably get DT 2 Beat KD if they encounter him; Cause they trash and so is KD! (Naw he aint trash but for the msg peep it)

    Ultimate Tier:
The most overpowered/best scrolls in the game. Above anything else in attributes.

    SS Tier:
Top tier scrolls, better than all of the ones under the tier. They have little to no difficulty to be good with. They make players better by padding players who have poor judgement, unsafe, etc. Scrolls become even more effective with skill.

S Tier to A- Tier: These scroll tiers are very close in comparaison. I feel it is fair for any of these 3 tiers to fight each other in a 1v1 situation, I would say that theres not really a big advantage over another and its still anyones win with experience as the main factor.
*Take note that the skill gap between S tier and A+ tier is extremely close*
S Tier: This tier is pretty much at the level of the "Top 10 scrolls" tiers.
A+ Tier: This tier has to exist because, The top 10 scrolls were built so perfect, The ones with minor inperfections or slightly lower attributes get placed here.
A- Tier: These scrolls require a little more skill/experience but are very good. All 3 tiers are pretty fair competition in skilled competition.
*Take note that the skill gap between A+ tier and A- tier is extremely close*

*Scrolls in B tier show more compared to higher tiers, the skill gap starts increasing*
B Tier: B tier would be the average scroll tier rating in my books. Not really the best but not bad at all. They can hang with A+ to A- tier scrolls, but skill and practice is a big factor needed. There is a reason they aren't as used in serious play besides if a player has trained with it for along time.

    C Tier:
Scrolls that lack combos or attributes. Not really recommended as there are better things to buy.

    D Tier:
Scrolls "noobies" would buy with low funs to no funds.

    Street Tier: (In order)

    1)Street
    2)Default Elementalist Street
All it comes down to is how bad you want to disrespect your opponent.

    Ultimate Tier: (No order)
    -Parkour
    -Sage Master
    -Shadow Ninjitsu
    -ZinTKD(with reset)*

Parkour : First kick is a combo breaker, punch combo has bu launcher+reverse knockback and kick combo has bu launcher and reverse knockback combo choices while range is great and both combos fence and other tools. Like having an exocore equipped

Sage Master: Range and base damage is uncomparable with anything in the game. Has no limits in multiplayer fighting, Cant be countered. Equipped with AoE attacks. Like having an exocore equipped.

Shadow Ninjitsu : Range is almost on tier with Sage and even greater in distance. Extremely safe. High damage. Equipped with multiple tools.

ZinTKD With Reset : Simply because you can kill someone in 1 juggle minimum. Reset can be executed on any angle and placement with knowledge. Easiest non situation infinite to do.

    SS Tier: (In order)
    1)Zin Karate
    2)Rage
    3)Hitman BFE
    3)White Fang
    4)Akido
    5)Electro
    6)Redemption
    7)Muay Boran

Zin Karate : Scroll has perfected range+stun+recovery+speed combination. Lunges far, very fast. Can work around side guard to target the uncovered back of an opponent. 4 Hit launcher is very safe and strong. Cz second hit for safety. Multiple combos for alot of switchups. 2 Hitter thats fast and amazing angles. Trip combo to punish saver users and control placement. VERY HIGH DAMAGE. VERY EASY TO USE.
Rage : Scroll has very high damage, long and hard to counter combos. Applies damage, fast. Can fence. Has alot of mix up. Easy long nanmu advance. Just abit harder to use effectively than ZinKarate with slightly less perfection to its adjustments done by Nimonix. Also, Its multihits make it slightly un-safer than ZinKarate.

Hitman BFE : Scroll has been given the same rank as White fang because it is a rare and the others are not. It has a strong 4 hit launcher with a 5 hit strong combo. It is faster and safer than the regular hitman due to its KPPK launcher and KPPPP miix up potential + fence.

White Fang : Scroll has extremely high damage with a safe 4 hit launcher. Ground hit is a launcher and also a very useful >>Z move. Extremely fast fence combo. Long delays. Works around guard fairly good. Cz can combo break and is a grab animation making it very easy to use. Multiple, easy and very strong nanmu combinations possible. Scroll is very easy to use.
Akido : Scroll has extremely high damage with a very safe 4 hit launcher. Animations are very safe but with weird movement and range. Combos can be easily ruined by lag. Grab animations do alot of air damage, but only hit 1 player at a time. Ground hit has no stun and is risky against saver users. Has an omni grab. Very easy advance nanmu combos due to grab animations.
Electro : Scroll is fairly easy to do. Has high damage with fewer hits but high speed. Reset. Fence combo. 2 Guard breakers including a 2hit and full 5 hit combo. Strongest grab in the game. Easy and effective ground hit. VERY QUICK 2 hit launcher with a 3rd safety input to launch or fence. 4 Hit fence kick combo.
Redemption : Redemption has crazy stun with amazing recovery. Harasing range and control over opponents. It can modify its placement with its transport ground hit and >>z. Huge range on 2hit guard breaker. Long main punch and kick combo for high damage, repeatable/spamable.
Muay Boran : Scroll has a Cz that combo breaks and launches while being a ground hit.. Very fast. Range and movement can control blocking opponents and circle around them. Punch combo hits hard and fences. Scroll is very safe while being very aggresive.

    8)Boxing*
    9)Muay Thai
    10)Android
    11)Default*
    12)Drunken Boxing
Mach Knuckle has no real 100% punishment since it is based off of a punch combo for its whole damage source. That is why I feel it deserves to be ranked C tier. However it does have a nice punch combo + combo breaking function giving it a potential to be dangerous but its not guaranteed.

The other scrolls are all either slow, low stun, low recovery, etc. They are all ranked in order of Damage Potential, Safety and if it has various USEFUL combos.

    D Tier:
    1)Murekwon
    2)Ninjitsu
    -Jujitsu
    -Renegade
    -Street (No shame ranking)

    Learning Curve:
For those who want to practice and improve; This guide will help you with scroll purchases and choices for your specific needs.

*The learning curve uses colored area and not lines because it is 3 divisions. All scrolls can limbo.*

*please note that scrolls can be put into 2 and even in all 3 curves depending on certain circumstances. Will be explained if it happens. *

    Curve A:

This curve will represent the easier scrolls to learn with. Highly recommended for new players who want to pick a few first scrolls. Also recommended for players who want to get into competitive play and started in training..

    Curve B:
This curve will be less recommended for all players for starting off. Only once a solid skill base has been made in your own style using Jump Kick+Punch, Slide+Ram, Counter + Grab, and that you have learned the priority (travel+speed) of several scrolls first hits on combos, These would then be recommended.

    Curve C:
This curve will represent the harder to learn scrolls that actually have a potential; With it being respectfully high. These are worth training with at higher skill levels, But won't be effective with a low skill player. However; Growing up in Skill with these scrolls will result in a strong gameplay style with such an item, But hinder your learning speed progress and making it harder to climb with. So keep that in note and don't judge yourself superior than what you really are if you want to progress well.

    Update:
    -Edited most posts.
    -Added Street tier
-Added 2017 BFE scrolls to tiers (Hitman BFE to SS rank 3)(Cyclone BFE to S)(Destroyer BFE to A+)
-Added Savate to A+ Tier. Rank might change seeing I havent used the scroll. But the scroll revolves around a main punch combo with a lesser kick combo that hurts it ranking placement in higher tiers. (I have had a full demonstration of the scroll however).

They are pretty easy to place since this year they didnt play around making good scrolls way better.

The thing I dislike about nimonix is that all of this years BFE scrolls were already good, but could have potentially been better to be on tier with top 10 scrolls to SS tier items. Its just that instead of updating an item like they SHOULD do, They always fork money out of people and ruin the item by making it a rare, Banned from any form of respectful and competitive play.

    Yeah this is understandable

Rares will always be unwelcome in the 1vs1 scene because of this

People love their rares, and it's probably another reason why they would avoid 1vs1 altogether, since they cannot show off their scroll without getting massive hate

Rares keep the high income at RF because its the only form of marketting anyone is smart enough to come up with at Rumble Fighter. Rares are unwelcomed because they are strong in certain ways, which is why they are rare for the buck and that makes them harder to fight because as a rare you will see it less, have less chances of using it and learning it from a better perspective too.

Then again; From any form of tournament (moon, ffa, gw, etc) and 1v1, Rares should be banned cause not everyone buys RC or makes enough money to buy them. People tend to encounter them less in competition also because they are player-banned.

not branz, but one of the safest four hit launchers with Drunk Master horizontal range, equal if not better than Zin Karate's in terms of recovery imo. Huge damage.
