Like I said earlier,we're trying to make a game that kinda captures the essence of RF. I made some food items for HP and Special recovery. Whadaya think? Chicken drumstick Doughnut Cheeseburger Banana Juice/Milk carton Pizza Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanillia ice cream Cupcake Milkshake Hot Dog Cookie I was thinking maybe the food would recover HP, and the sweets would recover SP
Eh we're not really trying to clone rf in its entirety or anything like that, but there are some parts about it that we really like. But then again if you think about it RF is just like a bad copy of powerstone
What's the char customization going to be like? That's kind of the only reason I'm still attached to RF besides the gameplay style/controls. It's the only game where you can choose each piece of clothing and switch between gender and races freely. Also you can make girls look like boys and boys look like girls huehuehue
What we're planning on doing is as follows: Top Bottom One-Pieces Shoes Gloves Eyes Mouth Hair Skin Glasses/Mask Earrings Necklace Bag For the most part we're thinking of making mostly everything obtainable free, but, if you feel like you have to have something right now you could fork out a dollar or two.
Like what? Everything's gender/class locked or premade sets with preset recolors as the customization. And it doesn't count if you have to create multiple characters.
Oooh you talkin about changing genders... I don't get down like that, sorry. I respect your life choices though.
That being said, there are still plenty of games that let you customize every piece of your characters equipment and change race/class/gender at any time. Some of these games make it a feature, while others may charge a price for it. ESO charges 10 dollars for a race/gender change token. I wouldn't pay that but yeah... Basically, expand your game repertoire beyond Rumble Fighter and you may actually find way better games than this. I mean RF is basically the bottom of the barrel in every category. Graphics, controls, blah blah blah... you get my point. I mean the game is on Steam ffs yet you still can't use a controller?
i don't like spending money on games so i stick to the free ones. Wait what. People have been using a controller for RF for years ??? (Before Steam) i don't know if works now but i had a friend who used a controller but this was in OGP days.
Controllers aren't supported by RF technically speaking. You can use one but you'll be at an extreme disadvantage. RF needs to work on a controller set-up but that would take more development skill than I think they are capable of.
