Hi servan01, rewards will be distributed to your warehouse a few days after the event ends. Make sure to keep your event character and do not delete it until after the event completes! After submitting a support ticket, if you receive a response that looks something like this, then you are good to go! "Congratulations! You have battled hard to level to the limit, so you have been selected as a winner! As of now, your information has been recorded and your Initiation Rewards will be distributed when the event ends. Thank you very much for participating in The Initiation!"

Hi everyone, The Initiation rewards have been distributed! If you did not receive some or all of your rewards, it is likely because of one of the following reasons: 1. Your warehouse, storage, and inventory do not have enough empty space for the reward items. Please empty out your warehouse to create space for the reward items. 2. Your character was online during reward distribution. We will attempt to distribute your rewards again at a later time. 3. Your reward items are scattered between your warehouse, storage, and inventory. If you see one of the reward items, then that means all of them have been distributed. Please check your warehouse, storage, and inventory for the remaining reward items as they may be scattered. Players that have Hermit Vaults may also find their rewards in their Hermit Vault inventory slot.
