Patch 179: Can't connect to game server

    I've managed to download the recent patch on my launcher and login to my account once. However, I can't log back in to the game server after exiting.

    I'm getting intermittent "User already logged in. Please try again later" at the start and when I do get to the character select menu, it just says "connecting to a game server" and times out.


    Edits: Yin server.

    Also the heifei map is offline, all the char in there are in stuck.

    I tried logging in my character in Bamboo Village earlier, but encountered the same problem. The problem I'm facing is not restricted to characters on Hefei Map.

    Also, when I reach the character selection menu, the character names on the right hand side of the screen are greyed out and I am unable to even pick a different character from the three we have.

    when loading in game, the game hangs at loading, since maintenance.

    I see you did a rollback to just before the server outage. I lost my crimson treasure chest winnings now that I had to re-open the chest again.

    Send us a ticket and the support team will help you out. There was no intention of a rollback, but a sudden server crash.

    problems after updates are far too common, even small updates like this make major problems unintentionally. Once I might be able to understand.... But multiple times????

    I successfully refined the +12 weapon (Spear lv1 and Glover lv2). How do I get them back before being rolled back? You can check at 19h30-19h40 server time, acc [H]oangHuynh
