If the problem persists after relaunching the game, you will probably have to send a support ticket for further troubleshooting. Please be sure to provide the name of your character and server along with the time/date of the refinement.
your game file is corrupted, or you have in you c/ drive, in my programs. Make a file on desktop and re-download. I had this issue a lot of times.. that fixed it for me. if you have 2 hard drives download 9 dragons on the second hard drive that does not contain windows c/drive or files.
