No rules were ever established about IGN swaps on Redfox. You need to calm down. Typing in caps doesn't make your statement anymore important. GamesCampus only did IGN swaps for those who won the 3-letter IGN spenders. On Ogplanet, GMs only did it for those they were friendly with.

& Also let's be honest I'm playing now this game since 2007 and from year to year this game is getting worst.
We EU'ers get completly ignored since they changed the company.It's sad to see that I have to be up until 6 am in order to get my stolen IGN 'Aery' back just because you guys can't get an EU server.
Not to mention that you guys won't allow anything anymore except us throwing you guys money, best proof is our current update(those different boxes).
It's just sad, was hopping for a better company but this company is the same poo as GamesCampus who don't know how to manage it.
