I keep trying to log in the game but every time I get disconnected. Is this happening to anyone? I get disconnected after selecting my character. "Disconnected from the game server" I tried restarting the client but it didn't work. This only happens when I log in my main account. When I log in my Alts I don't get disconnected.
Well at least you are half way able to get on. I have XKernel error, and can't even get that far. I have tried reinstall twice and I'm shooting for a third try. I see others have XKernel as well. I think they fvcked up the last update.
Yeah have the same thing. Char is in hefei and DC right after loading. Happens way more than it shoukd
I just got exact same issue. I solved it by deleting all the files in Gameguard folder, after a new files load it seems to work fine.
I had that problem but it was because my characters were in Hefei it took two days to finally log in and get them out of there. Once I did, I can log in on them, but I take care not to log out in Hefei anymore
