[Updated 2/19] Unexpected Server Crash

Ahri, address all of our concerns. I'd personally like to know why we have no communication and no notice of what is going on until roughly forty five minutes after the incident.

I don't want to come off as hostile or put unneeded stress and pressure on you, but as a representative of this game, I feel it necessary you spend some time doing pr.

Blitz is right, how do you intend to address the issue of the dragon statue prices changing without prior notification ?

 

It could be better, if they just close server, to 2-3-5 hours, half day.
But:
1. We know that they have problems, and they fix it.
2. We know that server dont work 1-2-3 etc hours, and planning a day.

A lot of people just waiting opening a game, cause THEY not the first time promis something.
And thats why all this people have nothing to do, and they sit on the forum and write some...

 

I can not collect in the first collection location for an hour spent in an empty then the server is down for maintenance

 

All we want is "Sorry" that's all it takes. These things happen and there are bound to be hick-ups along the way during this beta but we haven't even been properly acknowledged. We don't need compensation because this is a 'beta' but patch notes and a community apology would suit me. I don't know about anyone else .

 

We need you to communicate with more of the community. Public Relations. You represent the game and your team. You are our liaison.

Why not address our questions instead of dismiss them? Most of us have been more than reasonable in our questions and requests for information. If you can't communicate with the community, issue an apology and back away from the game. I really hate to be that way, but this is growing to be ridiculous.

This is like a relationship. You don't talk to us, you don't share with us, we grow uneasy, concerned, upset, and eventually we just break up with you.

I don't want to break up with you, Ahri. So for the sake of us old timers, why not give some feedback and spend some time here in the forums chatting with us to make us feel better?

Reassure your lover, dammit.

 

We can wait longer for the game to be released. We're here. We've been here for a decade. We're not just here on the forums writing **** and stirring trouble. We're asking to be treated fairly.

Yah w8 1 hr to let us know it will be down for 1-3 hrs,i`m ok with that but would be preferable to know in advance,i`ll be back after work then since it`s gonna be like this for today take care guys

 

Geez, people, be patient, they will work it out .Do something else while they fix it, play something else or watch tv or go have a walk with someone ... idk whatever you want, just do something other than wasting time asking when will the server be on.
