    1024x768 in windowed
    1280x768 in windowed + wide screen.
    If you want the game to look normal and not stretched in your videos then play in windows + widescreen to have the perfect aspect ratio.

    How come I can't play Full screen like I use to? w/o having RF in the middle and it's black on the sides?

    Aspect ratio of your monitor vs the game. Only thing I can think of is change your resolution.

    Change your graphics settings to alter the scaling of the resolution to full-screen instead of maintaining an aspect ratio. This depends on your GPU. For more information about how to do it, I would google "turning off black bars" for your specific GPU brand.
