i know why. It your antivirus/security program I tested out things they said and they were correct I just had to had it to the exceptions list ( before doing that I disabled my antivirus and started RF and it worked)
I disabled my firewall and antivirus - it still happens! I think it has something to do with the actual update server because when I disconnect and open RumbleLauncher it stays at the Receiving file index from server message - when I reconnect it still says that but doesn't progress!
for me it says searching file index they after that it dissapears its been a week now smh rf mad extra
@SlowBucks Have you made any recent changes to your computer, since you were last able to play? Are you running the game as administrator ? Do you have any antivirus software installed on your PC (Norton, AVG,etc)? Do you have access to your router & modem?
I need help.The game always stop alone after the game introduction/song and there is no error message.I already tried to disable antivirus but it doesn't work.

I have malwarebytes. I played Rumble fighter since it were in ogplanet and I never had this problem. But I don't know my computer specification

The same thing has happened to me, where it seems to load fine, the intro plays but then it closes without a single error message. @jiji500 Hmph, interesting. What region are you playing from? Did you verify your email for RedFox Games? Is there any error messages that appear, after the game closes? Is your PC 32 bit?

I played RF without trouble back when it was on OGP and GC, on this same machine, though recently I had the hard-drive replaced. Could that be an issue?
