Scroll(s) with most hit/block stun?

What about block stun? And is there a scroll with both good blockstun and hit stun

 

Shadow has a lot of hitstun but the 2nd to last kick(the double one) is ridiculous, its like 2 full seconds. As for blockstun i think the winner is either blood wind's charged final punch connecting on block, or leviathan's run g p. both give you allow you to reset your combo without the opponent able to even unblock

 

So no one gunna mention Combat Sambo?

blood wind ninjitsu and shoot boxing are ones that come to mind.

Sanshou also has great blockstun and hitstun

 

I feel like the Blood Wind Ninjutsu kicks have the best block stun in the game. Maybe it's just me, but I can never unblock when defending against those kicks...

 

In terms of block stun, BWN is just ridiculous. The kicks also have extremely long hitstun, but not as long as shoot boxing. BWN has one of the best pressure games because of this.

I'd probably put BWN as #1 in terms of block stun. Redemption was nerfed and now isn't as bad. Same with Volador and Shadow Ninjitsu. All were nerfed and now BWN stands at the top again.

The finisher on KKKK is safe on block, confuses most players

Yeah Vale K-g is the only one with stun all the others can countered mid combo while blocking.

Taekkyon's kick combo has -the- highest stun in the game even being capable of beating Sage Master in a mash off provided Sage doesn't cheese a free hit.
