I'd just like to take this moment to express this.

You don't have to be an idiot to fall for business schemes. The price of the box itself is not the only contributing factor to somebody "ruining" their life. Gambling is proposed in a way to be addictive, and people can easily be addicted to something as silly as opening boxes.

Besides, most of the audience in this game are younger adults with no money or time management skills. Electronic gambling is an issue bigger than RF, and although this thread addresses what it can in terms of RF, loots/crates/boxes/drops that require actual money should be regulated and monitored like it is in Korea. There's a reason why there are so many gambling regulations in online games in Korea.

 

i spent $200 on this mobile game called toram online. all the $200 went on boxes. the boxes had 3 outfits in them. i got everything except this blue shirt. i wanted the blue outfit but i got the full red and the other outfit instead (forgot which color). rates are worse than rf tbh. around $20 was 30 boxes each.

The company's doing great, thanks for your concern. I've played the game for 9 years, and im 2x. I dont recall stating i ran a business for that same amount of time. Read better, thanks in advance. Boxes weren't as common in rumble fighter since 2010, me realizing the gambling effect has absolutely nothing to do with me managing a company, how do oyu know the kind of company im managing and whether or not it has anything to do with marketting or sales? i guess thats why im the one running one and you're just critiquing me on the other side of the screen, also you clearly showed me that you didnt read the thread or the original post, if you did you'd understand i played on and off for the past few years, "stayed incognito to avoid toxicity of the community", i took it upon my self to now decide that i'd like to share my opinion now. Im not trying to attack redfox, im only stating the truth im happy im not alone with this. If redfox has made great moves thus far, i think another great move for them in hopes of staying the permanent host of RF would be to get rid of boxes or monitor the rates and limit the purchasable amount. Obviously i know their host is temporarily and under contract.

You have to start somewhere, i didnt get where i am because i was lucky. I worked my **** off, i work 60+ hours a week. Made the right connections and it paid off.
