Forums are missing key elements of boards, some functions should not
be able to be posted in unless authorized by the staff. Meeting the staff
for example should be posted up for example meet "GM Foxtrot". More
information about how the company will provide a better Nine Dragons
for its users.

Moderation to post or threads should be regulated while the staff prepares
to move forward as a team. Some threads should be merged into others &
other functionality should be conventional for the users of the forums. We
need to have "A Sense of Structure" which is like a having a sense of
urgency to getting things done correctly.

And you was saying FullNeo wouldn't make a good mod in that other thread.

FYI am not going any where soon, & you clearly did not read the post 100% either,
Before you bash me or call me a try hard can tell you even if offered a position they
could not pay me enough to deal with folks who do not read between the lines. Am
not going to stop posting in the forums when have valid opinions & other request
me to be here. Me as a moderator as stated would vote "No" even to myself &
"Forums are not completed" also "no mention of moderation post for hire yet"
along with "FullNeo is a great guy, a good pic however some judgement calls
are debatable" No one is prefect have more time in 9D than you can possibly
imagine. No where in my comment did say he was bad know the facts, we all
have valid opinions mine is not greater than the next persons. The way things
are handle are key to a successful team. Again, they could not pay me for my
skills or education would not give "free services" or do "voluntary work" without
an end game they want me on the staff they have to pay for my classification
of equal BS degree in Web Development & Game Arts/Design am sure could
get a contract of 4 years within RedFox. Would you like to know what it cost
for a professional on the team $25 hourly they can not pay me for my skills.
Do not believe that is what developer make go look it up, am very educated.

 

The golden rule of becomning a mod is to never ask to be a mod, let the staff decide who ever deserve to be a mod!

That is your opinion mate as well as another have been request to be GM in
9 Dragons before from The Hermit. When requested honorable declined to
be staff member. The same would hold true here would honorable decline
offer due to my own reasons. It is a great game it needs much love, as you
know that old saying still holds true. "If you walk like a duck, quack like a duck,
then you must be a duck!"

Never want to be a Game Master/Moderator for any 9 Dragons forum, have
been apart of staff as a "secret agent" for years. For the first time in over 7
years post within threads & others are like who are you? They do not know
until they are "Gibbs slapped in the head". They want me to start "acting"
like a moderator surely can do so.

Know how moderation work & can give out infractions, mutes, & omit post
for bashing. Am I bashing you as a member nope am chilling, having fun so
should you. It is actual against the rules o wait no rules on forums yet, however
others are already "acting" like moderators. Give me a break dudes, put your
time in then come talk to me.

Am I better than you nope am just like you a member, who cares about titles.
Game gets on I am ensure to found you then tank you & watch you cry on forums
more. Link killed me "Stop Link Stop" when my hand wield the axe there is nothing
to stop it from laying down the "boom hammer" I am sure could make a new event

Its not My Little Pony either , as series it has cute guys and a Gibbs in it as for movies they have Lightsabers and the others have Elves Ill let you ponder on this for a while as i will turn in for the night
