Pretty sure if you're on android, you can download it pretty easily using a third party website.

I'm in Canada and to get it on iOS I used a US apple account
To get on Android you just have to download the apk from somewhere. It's what my friends did

Actually you only need to download the files on Android, on iOS it's another story, but it's still legit and it works pretty well.

I just hit level 6 in 3 hours and found 5 poke-stops around the same area.. Only used about 21mbs.

@jess tbh I barely use my phone outside so I always have a ton of data left.

 

Spent 2 hours grinding catching pokes.

Leveling up should be your highest priority. Just catch pidgeys and evolve them. 4 pidgeys = more than 1000 EXP easy.

if you arent a kid and u go outside to catch a pokemon with an app u should go to the nearest store catch a rope and tie it around ur neck
