Cant launch the game

    When I open the launch client the bars are stuck on 0% and I cant press the start game button, in fact the only thing I can do is close the client and change the game resolution. Can someone please help? Cheers

    Are you sure you AV or Firewall doesn't lock GG or 9D files. It seems you lock the patch download.

    May u check off u internet anti virus or some anti in your system window. Or check u quota internet may be not enough.
