Cry Heaven Weapons

Can anybody let me in on some information?
How on earth do you get these things? Are they just drops from mobs in LD?
Are they crafted?

cry heaven and flaming wind drop in tibet. best place to get them would be the fiends just after you leave dragon tavern.

cry hermit npcs for 500k
flaming wind npcs for 750k

 

Doh. I meant the War Spirit weapons for EC4 and EC 9.
