Your opinion on soccer mode, Ifrit, and patch overall

Hey,

so I have been on a one week vacation, went to Haiti no wifi to play RuF(I can forum though). I left August 1st and even before August 1st I haven't played RuF for a couple of weeks prior to that. I was wondering how fun soccer mode is and how many people play it.

I was also wondering how the Exocore "Ifrit" is. Can't load the video on YT qq, so was wondering if someone could tell me if it's worth buying.

 

It's ight but if u have a Windows 8.1 or 10 PC the game won't load after putting in login info

 

Ifrit is basically an improved Devil Fang since it's more safer in terms of utility in my perspective.

 

Soccer mode is still broken. Ifrit is pretty dope though.

As for soccer mode, is it still broken due to lag? If so, it's lame. :v

I hate that they somehow messed with being able to log in / stay connected / not lag during the first week of Soccer Mode's release. It's like Nimonix can't add anything bigger than a boss mode map without screwing up the rest of the game in some form or fashion.
Anyone else remember when they added plaza, and it really messed up the spawning system in-game? Hoo boy.

Why must we continue to implement crap that isn't going to be relevant in the next week?

 

My question is: How can you stand those gross default voices?

 

Really? Even after the update, I've not had to revert back to the defaults. Not to mention, the person I asked clearly has a way to bypass the "Everyone updates every time they play" thing, unless the updater doesn't check the maps?

 

Drop the voice files into the snd folder. It'll default to what's in that folder over what's in the voice folder.

 

SImply put, I only change Android voices nowadays, mainly because changing too much causes the patcher to take forever to update every time I turn on the game. So, Android Voices + Moon = 16 files. If I were to use my full pack each time, it'd be about.... 200 files. (All the voices, music, some maps, etc. )

Still hate it, but it's the best I can do at the moment. If only Sheep would update his SheepPatcher so I can start using that again. :<
