Rumble Fighter Setup Not Unreadable

When i pressed download on rumble fighters everything was going the way its supposed to but then i got to where it makes rumble fighters client as a file and then when i double clicked the file for rumble fighters it said it was unreadable this didnt happen before the recent update i cant install rumble fighters anymore because i cant double click the set up. before if u press download and when the download finish it would go straight to the installing but now it makes a file that u have to double click and for me it says its unreadable. The new setup for Rumble fighters is RF_SETUP_NA_20160324.EXE
the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable please help me how do i fix this so i can install the game.
