    basically blocking is deadly as it has a grab launcher.

    kicks come out a bit too slow for my taste, but otherwise its decent. the punch combo is good for pressuring opponents who dont want to block and get grab launched

    dont listen to this guy, many 1v1ers get wins with B+/B scrolls. some cheeky ones even use C+ scrolls, too.

    i have no idea who this yusuke guy is, so idk his credentials for making a tier list.. but giving him the benefit of the doubt and assuming xinyi really is B+, i'd say it's just fine for 1v1ing, but you'll have to work harder for your wins

    It's what YiffyNeko and I refer to as X tier. Xingyiquan and Xinyi Liuhe Quan if used properly are easily A+ tier. Liuhe is the only scroll that can grab launch and Xingyiquan has the heaviest hitting ground hit in the game.

    If the player knows how to grab punish, it's a pretty fun scroll for them

    I aint jokin'. They are B+/A- tier scrolls but if used properly they are bewildering. Is there any other scroll that launches off of a grab or can deal 160 on a ground hit?

    no, but good luck doing any of those things while shoot and hitman force you to block for 3/4ths of the match
