Google it bro, lots of companies are going around offering free hosting. Just choose the one which has the server located in your country/continent. I use http://hostinger.in. They have a good control panel, ad free & forever free plan too. Just need to watch for timeout & DNS resolution issues. You need to do some testing first.

That i assumed lol, still i asked you to google because i don't know your region. it's always the best idea to use a hosting with the lower ping, and if your audience is global then a cloud server or CDN service, sadly they are not free. Since we can't choose high options or keep high expectations with free hosting we have to compromise a lot and so there is a need to do a little window shopping to get the best. Keep backups
