Gourdy, is there something wrong with the chest, "Loot of the Graveyard"? I opened about 225 chests and recieved absolutely zero "The Sands of Times - Geumgangtu SE". It's obvious can't be bad luck (I hope...), because I should have got at least 1-2 "The Sands of Times - Geumgangtu SE" from that amount of chests. Restating this statement, 225 chests = 0 Sand is a no no. I would like not to hear a hypothetical "No, you can get it", but instead a "No, you can get it" from trouble-shooting. If you can respond to this thread, I'll be deeply greatful. As for anyone who got "The Sands of Times - Geumgangtu SE" after this thread, could you honestly reply to this that you got one. That will help as well, thank you.

Edited: I'm aware that everyone was able to get the Sands of Times in the past, but I wonder if there a recent bug that recently occurred, just as the maintenance from last week or the Spenders.

Edited 2: Also Gourdy, please don't secretly fix the chest and proclaim that one can already get it from the box to avoid compensation. Either way, I'm going to take your word that you'll be honest.

I had 10 sands and 4 temp scrolls in my runs of around 200 boxes. So I have 1 perm.

 

His account was glitched and he has like 7 perm exos. He got a sand(didn't open a box) when he logged on.

 

does the box stay after maintenance and contents inside the box? like possibility to still get the scroll in future if you have the boxes

 

Yes, but you can't get more boxes after the maintenance.
The boxes in your inventory won't disapper, and you can open them later.

Got it for two players as well, one of them had horrible luck.
