So maybe the Forum can help me, since the Support can´t (sadly). Everytime I try to open the Launcher, the Gameguard screen pops up for about 2 second and then the 9dragons task kills itself. I already tried to redownload, reinstall, disable antivirus and my firewall, all my Drivers are uptodate, I tried several Compability modes, ended background tasks and services but nothing helped me so far. I also changed my DNS server as the Support told me to. I dont know what else to try or to do I searched several hours in this Forum, tried everything but I just cant get it to work. Regards
Hello i have been having the Exact same thing since i updated my computer to windows 10. I have asked in here but none of the fixes seem to work. I even did a ticket to where the GM gave me a fix for something completely different. If you do find out how to fix it please pass it on. Regards
