Gourdy, I highly advise that you get NimoniX to work on the installer asap. This problem is actually occurring A LOT and its gonna look dumb when we get on steam but no one can install RF cause installer is dumb crap broken. Also I'm pretty sure this bug been reported repeatedly and I doubt new players will wait 8 days for you to answer their ticket trying to play a new game.
Ticket system gives fast responses. RedFox ticket system is not the same as Gamescampus and OGP. They respond in a decent amount of time.
OGP did a way better job than RedFox and GC. OGP took basically hours whereas RedFox automatic email says 1-3 business days but normally take 5-10 business days.
