Man these EU countries got some flags lookin' like they came out of a SNES game

That's not a flag, it means something else. Just like @Yusuke stated I believe.

 

I have a theory:

Basically all of the players with that "flag" are from smaller, newer countries - for example from Kosovo. So I just believe that this sign is indicating that the destination of the player is not known to the (presumably not updated) database RF use for their flags...

Anonymous ip or mask ip that is. I had done that too. I take it off cuz they think I hacking flag legion and don't wanna get banned af.

 

my cousins have that image on their flag thingy and i def know they aren't using any of what you stated above hahahaha. They obviously have no idea on how to do any of the sort because i for one know that they dont have that kind of experience or knowledge with computers and that stuff.
However, there people that probably do that l0l but i dont really care about that
