How to remove black bars on side

When I play rumble fighter now since I got my new monitor it has black bars on the sides anyone know how to fix?

I used to have this problem set your resolution to 1280x720 and try again there is no real fix for this since it means your gpu and monitor have a much higher resolution than RF

 

Put it on full screen fricking stupid Steam PLayer.

 

if the game weren't in fullscreen mode there wouldn't be any black bars

btw this is what it really looks like at "fullscreen" the ver madara is talking about is the stretched version which most people have anyway (it's still set at a certain resolution but on newer pcs it adjusts the graphics to fit your pc by stretching it)

no, you reread my post. black bars are caused by this game's lack of support for wide resolutions in fullscreen mode so upon enabling fullscreen the game runs in a 4:3 resolution. op's monitor has a wider 16:9 aspect ratio and the game cannot fully utilize all the space in the screen without stretching everything, leaving black letterboxes on the sides. i don't know what you're trying to communicate by posting a picture of some crossdressing kpop boy band but when your favorite chinese cartoon is about the homoerotic relationship between an emo boy whose entire family was born in a hot topic store and a retarded blonde with nine dildos protruding from his **** it's really not much of a mystery why you seem to lack the frontal lobes to comprehend this
