Support Tickets

    I made 2 support tickets within the last 2 weeks. They have not been resolved yet they just removed my tickets like there were never there then i placed a ticket on the 2 tickets that were dismissed. And its also been removed. They either dont want to solve the problem that i confirmly pointed out or something idk lmao.

    Shana, you might not be aware of this but the person handling Support tickets DOES close your ticket without reply if they have a grudge on you or simply doesn't want to help.

    Happened to a lot of people.

    I told a lot of people who complained about the tickets, to check the [Resolved or Closed] tab, and they found a response

    the "a lot of people" is very exaggerated.

    I do not believe that tickets can close without an answer. I'll need a screen2gif, in order to believe that is true.

    Shana just doesn't want to face the facts.

    I don't have to proof anything actually.

    Either you believe it or you don't. I don't really care lol.

    Support will answer every question that's a bug/game issue but when it comes to player accounts such as unexplained bans out of the blue, they will simply not service you.

    Also if you read their ToS, they can terminate your service anytime which includes Ticket Support.

    You just have to face the facts/truth Shana.

    If you shared accounts, then it's pretty obvious, but I do not believe accounts that didn't account share didn't get responded to

    The game clearly told us that sharing accounts will remove them from any form of support

    I made a ticket about my redfox credits not being on my acc, and they responded and said which one of the transactions and I said which one then they never responded

    @EvilMarvin and @ItsZoos are both correct. They can choose not to service your ticket and in the event that it happens, they will simply close it. You can be blacklisted as well if you want to call it that. Unfortunately the only way to circumnavigate this would be to create a new account under a different IP.

    My ticket was about my forum flag and they replied stating there's no ban on my forum account.

    I reply telling them there is and if you could kindly remove it, it be great.

    They just closed the ticket.

    XenForo forums have a discourage user option which lags forum for user making it very difficult to use.

    Takes like 1 minute to make a post and half the time it doesn't even work.

    Have you been banned in the past? If so, then there's probably a bias towards that

    either that, or you need to work much harder to prove that you didn't deserve that ban, and that it was mistaken
