    Last month I got 200 LP and yesterday red fox gave away the presents
    Am I the only one who did not receive them?
    My alt got the doll (he had 75 lp)

    they'll just tell you that you never met the requirement, even if you did

    If you got caught boosting then you wont get items as stated in the rules.
