This is where I'd post an "Unpopular Opinion Puffin" with the text, "I think Rumble Fighter is just a fun game to play." I enjoy this 8-directional fighting game that no other company has made as unique and solid* as RF. I just wish Nimonix could polish some things up a bit like the UI, the resolutions, the collision detection on moving platforms so we can have some amazing maps with moving elements, among some other little things. *Other games similar to RF mess up on simple things such as movement. It's not fun having Castlevania physics for jumping and ice physics on grass, GetAmped2. Lost Saga, if I recall correctly, has weird skill macros or something, so the actual combo system isn't as simple as RF's and I don't remember if it had juggling like RF does.

Pretty much what Ztar said. RF is something truly special, but there's so much getting in the way that it's hard to defend it or get others to play it. I don't have any actual friends who play it often, 70% of the community is difficult to deal with, and Redfox and Nimonix doing absolutely nothing meaningful to keep it afloat is infuriating. But as sad as it is, I just can't stop playing. I started back in 08/09 and I have never truly taken a break (that wasn't caused by something like my computer breaking) I'm gonna be here until RF dies, and if a private server shows up afterwards you damn well know i'll be there too.
tbh that's honestly why I come back from time to time this game is literally the most unique pvp game ive ever played I watch/play melee and other games and get somewhat bored (except for melee), but once I come back here its like a breath of fresh air only for a minute or two until I realize how lackluster everything outside of btop is at this point of time theres nothing to really do which is why I question the actual thought of an "active" player in this game on even clicking the desktop icon to start up this boring ****
? before I quit I got into gw and noticed the never ending spiral of stat stacking, a/s and v/b button pressing faggots idk if you were here when the 1v1 wave moved to gw but to be very honest anything outside of moon/cove/btop is ******* irrelevant never got into moon but if you play cove youre automatically a god in moon vice versa
