First, when u attack some1, u need a little time to cast ur skill, it will make u bit slowly. Plus, if ur enemy only run to avoid ur attacking, he always faster than u (cause his/her's job just do 1 thing ). With case u see ppl faster than ur LF, hmmm, maybe ur LF was slow chi and ppl got HG stuff, using 100% KL speed pill can max ur speed either.
