depends on what kind of ghost you're imagining

like there's some ghosts that take on the physical form of a human, which is often seen in games and movies. For this type of ghost, I would say it would be fat, if the person was fat at the time of death

there's also some ghosts that are like casper, who doesn't look human at all. If you're talking about this type of ghost, probably the ghost would have absolutely no resemblance of the person that died

I think the ghost would appear the way they’ve always wanted to look like as a living person

 

it would be transparent

 

They remain in there preserved form once they were alive, so the person would be a fatty and take up most of Ghost World.
