Youtube won't do a thing to people that give them a ton of traffic. Remember when Pewdiepie used racial slur or the entire #Elsagate situation? As disgusting as some of those videos are, they make Youtube a ton of money so why would they do anything to harm them?
This drama is exactly what he wants I think the reason why he did the things he did was to start some crazy drama, and that would bring in lots of views and attention even though the channel is hated after that incident, he succeeded in bringing attention to the suicide forest [as well as himself], and got lots of channels thinking about the seriousness of suicide I'm no logan paul fan, but this is how I'm seeing all of this atm
