How can people handle owning and playing consistently on more than one account? I have a total of 3 accounts, but I only log in and play consistently on one account. The other two have nothing that's resellable.

It's a type of game addiction. Think of her like a digital hoarder.

I'd call myself a hoarder. But I don't hoard across multiple accounts.

It's a type of video game addiction where a person feels the need to make/spend on multiple accounts to feel satisfied with the game. They wouldn't play it otherwise. It happens a lot, and game devs definitely benefit from it. I'm not sure how much it's actually recognized or talked about but I've been studying it myself for a while. I know of people who can't play a game without having at least 12 accounts. They don't always spend across all of the accounts, I would say only the truly ill minded people actually spend on every account they have. It's no different than a drug addiction. Where one is never enough, leading to harder drugs and thus spending more money. She might not even be financially stable enough to actually spend as much as she does, which makes it even more of a problem. Like the drug addict spending rent money on cocaine. My only advice for her would be to set a monthly cap on the spending. Like maybe 20 dollars a month. But I'm guessing she spends at least 50 dollars a month. (on a game that's not even worth it imo)
