Healer's Target

    can TARGET mastery only be used on mobs while in Party? When I was in a party, I could use the TARGET on mobs, but after the party got disbanded, I couldn't use it anymore. I tried using it before joining a party as well and could not use it. Why is it like this? Can't always have a part you know....

    Hi, yeah, target skill can be used while you have party. I don't know why GM made this decision :). I don't like this too, because target help in pve and pvp.

    use it against the boss is perfect :cool:
    It would be good to use it without a party.

    Yeah, deff trap+targeting rise damage not bad;). Ofc, having courage leach give dmg like 30% + more :).
