Rusty's Flask literally throws a bomb at you and doesn't have the greatest hitbox... so if you do get hit by it you're going to have to face the consequences for doing so. I can confirm that it is unblockable.

It may only be a small but one-trick pony kind of threat on Blacktop where the other skill increases your STR, ARM and SPD by 5 and your CRI by 50 (and stacks) for pretty much the whole entire game.

 

Why not just ban all rares/boxed items? All of this new stuff literally requires no skills whatsoever.

 

because a lot of rare scrolls aren't even as powerful as Black Tortoise/White Fang/Red Rock/Redemption

and a lot of rare exocores aren't even as powerful as Lightning Blades/Attack Booster/Ice Charger/Tactical Bow

the only rares that needs a ban are the ones that are clearly overpowered, such as the Metatron exocores, Sage Master, Blood Dragon, Parkour, and Shadow Ninjitsu

 

yeah, id rather the timed be replaced with carat coupons or something cause I have a filthy habit of deleting anything thats not perm on sight. The only exceptions are sage master and other extremely rare scrolls like DHN and stuff like that.

 

I agree, these new shop scrolls are pretty freaking difficult to fight. Gungki or however it's spelled is a prime example imo. Fought a dude with 28 speed but felt like he had 50 just because the way gungki attacks and angles. Suffice to say, I was sweating
