ok the ve drains way to much healers and hybrids still cant buff no 1 warriors ve runs out way to fast plz reset back to old way you didn't even consult use if we wanted these changes the 3% chance is bs gimme back my bleed nukes for god-sake
An alternative would be to sell VE related pills in a NPC for a small fee or allow players to exchange certain materials (that are commonly dropped!) for VE related pills. That way it might be easier to manage till you can afford (or have the right level) gear with VE leech.
Just send out like 10 phoenix epi's or what ever not like they are worth alot then mby ppl will stop having this ve problems.
I finally managed to solve problem as a nuker for now upon achive a 20/1000 ve relic which manages to keep me green mostly as long as i dont miss shots.
The time people spend complaining could be used to actually find a way to sustain your ve in the game. Stop wasting time on nonsense and find a way to beat the game. There are many threads and many replies with solutions to your so called VE problem. It's getting old
HD Phantom Demon,FC2. Raised Ess from 28 to 128. take a hit to strength but it is manageable. I still end up running off to meditate more often due to heal cool downs on VE heals. but it is not terrible. I still don't have enough to run meditation and steps passively, but meditation alone is a decent buff so far.
