Problem with auction and refining

    Ok so i put some stuff in the auction house, i got the message its sold but never received the money.
    2 of my avis had stuff in there and none of them received the money!
    Also the refiner will not let me even do the first refine.
    When i started this game a few days ago everything seemed to be fine. But today had these issues.
    I received a message about XKERNEL a couple times and the game shut down.
    Any suggestions???

    Ok never mind about the auction.....i did not know that i have to come and collect it.
    But the problem with the refiner remains. I try to give her the first refine material and she tells me not the proper material....
    o_O

    Probably You installed 9D not in default folder or from steam.
    For a quick check copy 9d folder to C:/PlayRedFox/9DragonsAwaken

    hmmm i did not redirect the location , nor did i get it from steam.

    Everything was fine until yesterday. I have used the refiner a couple of times, until then. Maybe i should offer her some cookies??? ROFL

    Hi SatinMynx,

    I had this same problem that you described some months ago. Here are some fixes that have worked for me:

    Solution 1: Install 9Dragons in My Documents folder
    This was recommended to me by RedFox Ticket Support.
    Solution 2: Do Not run in any compatibility mode.
    Ensure that the game is
    (1) running as administrator (right click NDLauncher> Run as Administrator) and
    (2) it is NOT running under any 'compatibility' mode.

    To change the settings, right click your NDLauncher Icon, select Properties, and follow the screenshot as shown below:

    Thank you , thank you lottie!!! Reinstalling the game under documents has fixed the issue!! You saved from having to send tickets and uber frustration! :)
