Hello everyone now when I change accounts right after the pin code is login and I pick a char this mag pop up A D3D object has a non-zero reference count [12] some times it [10] [20] now when I press OK the launcher go off and I have to relog it now this happen some time for up to an hour
this would be related to your graphics card (d3d / Direct3d) drivers, could try reinstalling them, making sure directx is installed and if the problem persists try reinstalling your game but doubt that would have any effect
