more and more players are leaving this game and other active players are planning to leave because of getting disconnected especially in war . please do something about that to encourage those spenders to return. disconnection issues are getting worse since the last update. please make this game great! not trash!! and please remove mats in those RP boxes.

Old issue like this will never get fixed, i had send ticket to support about this and got same messege that they will look futher at that issue, and that never got fixed, so u need just adapt to it.
Yeah that's what I'm saying^ Server hardware is server hardware, if they were gonna make a physical upgrade they would likely need thousands of people interested in the game. The latency you are facing is something you can adapt to, there's ways of getting better speeds or even using new locations.
