Steam Launch Error: Version is not Invalid

    Now I just got this new error, this is crazy...

    To resolve this issue, end the rumblefighter.exe process from the Task Manager.

    I've done that and is doesn't change anything..

    And I don't know why all of this is happening, but Thank you for your help so far; it is greatly appreciated.

    Run Command Prompt (cmd.exe) as Administrator and type the following :

    Code:
    taskkill /im rumblefighter.exe /f 

    As for the files, sorry for the delay. I’ll get them to you as soon as I can.

    EDIT : Please download the following file below. Again, you will need to extract the RAR file. Place the contents INSIDE of your "res" folder located in the main Rumble Fighter folder.

    Should I just reinstall the game at this point and see if anything changes?
    And even if it doesn't I still have the files you sent to me, and I remember verbatim what you told me before on how to use them; so should i reinstall?

    Sorry for the delay. I tried patching normally through steam after I got off and it worked, however the shop was not updated. The new files you posted later on fixed that issue. All things seem good now. Thanks.

    You may have noticed a client crash when you attempt to access the Plaza.

    If this does happen, you can grab this client HERE.

    I had no issues with plaza after the previous fixes.

    @Starberry I did everything you said, but the game tells me game hacks detected. how can I fix this?

    Hi there,

    Game hack detected is a different error that comes up when GameGuard detects suspicious activity from a specific process. This can be as simple as an anti-virus scan on your PC.

    For starters, ensure that none of these programs are running on your PC :

    -Game tracking services (XFire, Raptr, and more)
    -Other Games (League of Legends, Steam games, and more)
    -VLC, MPC, any video player
    -Any macro assigning software
    -Joy2key, X-Pad, or any controller mapping software
    -X-Trap, HackShield, or any other anti-hack software
    -Emulator software (VMWare)


    If none of these programs are active, give me a list of programs that are open on your PC. This includes startup processes.
