I want to report what happened to me feb 24,2019 i have used event protection charm came from daily log in and tried to enchant my yellow dragon cape and i have check the protection charm and it is been registered but suddenly my yellow dragon cape broke up even with the protection charm , please help me with this issue i hope you take some actions with this issue, can the item be recover? if not please check the game if there is an problem
