Can't use RC points?

Hi everyone, I just returned to Rumble Fighter after 10 years of not playing. I used to love this game back then and wanted to play it again. I bought 1500 RC points through steam, (I downloaded RF from steam).
I went through the process on the redfox website and everything, the points were added to my account but when I buy the scroll I want it says ''fail to buy'', what's going on?

 

You must be at least Level 11 to use your RedFox Credits.

 

Okay, so the money I spent on the game is not lost in vain?

 

Rest assured, you should be able to spend your RC after reaching the stated level.

Send in a ticket if you still cannot use your RC after reaching that level.

Is that stated somewhere that you can't use RC before Lvl11?

 

I'm honestly not sure. :/ I did send them a ticket 2 days ago but still no answer.

 

Hey again. The level restriction is there to help fight against fraudulent activity. As stated earlier, if you've reached that level and still cannot purchase the item(s) that you'd like, please submit a ticket in.
