Tao Cannot Log In

I fast traveled from Hangzhou to Shi Zang (CoF entrance) and the game immediately crashed.
I reopened 9D and I'm at the log in screen. Whenever I go to connect, it simultaneously tells me either 'User already logged in' or 'Could not connect to the game server'.
I've shutdown the laptop and disconnected from internet for 10 mins+. When I go to try again, I get the same results.
(Note: I even switched servers to try to fix it. I can log into Yin, just not Tao. Tao being the server I play on.)

Any help is appreciated, and thank you for your time.

 

I also am having the same issue with logging into 9Dragons from Steam. At the login screen, it also says when I log onto Tao server that I am already logged in and also cannot connect to game server. I tried everything to get around this, but nothing worked. Can you help me as well GM? Thank you.

 

Same here, i switched characters and got kicked and unable to log back in.

 

is Shi Zhang down GM? we cannot access our account after using teleport to Death Valley Dungeon

 

Same problem here, were logging in Icy and crashed. Cannot even get connection to update server...

I cannot connect to a game server on TAO.
The hell is this?

 

Think all maps down cant log anything or any maps/clan bases , so much for RF doing unplanned maintenance to fix the problem its worse than ever
