Pls explain these Mastery points meaning !!

I can't understand the use of these two mastery boards. What they use for? I try to give it 2 points, but can't see anything happen. Can someone help me?

- Vital Energy of Status Effect: Item status-consuming Vital Energy is decreased by 2.

-Vital Energy of Martial Art Recovery: Recovery Martial Art-consuming Vital Energy is decreased by 2.


I'm a healer. Do I need these points?

 

You don't really need them, you should have enough VE leech from gear.

 

"Status Effect"/"Item status" skills are basically buffs while "Recovery Martial Art" is healing. It reduces an amount of VE required to cast a buff. So if your buff required initially 100 VE, at maxed mastery it will take 90 VE.

And, of course, it's a waste of time with current VE usage. It was nice to have a fast heal cast for almost free back in the days.
