Please dragons, for the love of god/gods, DO NOT talk or interact with NPC(s) when you are whispering other people. The senders will receive the message "The other player is refusing your whisper. Try again later." And the messages will not go through. I hope GM can somehow fix this, but for now, we can fix it ourselves. Thus, please help yourself out. Thank you and good luck on your journey.
That’s always how it works. Nothing wrong with the whisper system. people expecting whispers just need to think about what they’re doing and not talk to npc and to make sure their whisper is not turned off
