expert lightfoot?

    i notice i can buy expert lightfoot tome at brotherhood base
    but when i try to learn it, it say i still not meet the requirement, but i have already reach cheng 10 of advance lightfoot. what happened?

    Make sure you're c10 at 100% and just fyi, there is no c12

    wow thx.. but this is not as i think it is, it just raise 1c to c11 :(
    i though will have a new style of lightfoot, rigt now i run like a girl
