Poisoned Hands quest part VIII

Hi guys any help with this part of the quest which mobs do you need to kill to do the quest any help please would be good thx .

 

I think that if you're white clan, it's witch doctors and if you're black clan, it's those golden coins' mobs with 2 swords (can't remember the name). All mobs are near the spot where you talked to the NPC.
