Personally i want to see how the server reacts when everyone trys to log in at once because that's pretty much what's gonna happen. Hopefully the server is good and doesn't crash when everyone trys to log on. Lol.

Yes if you didn't transfer before now u are screwed because they will not reopen the transfers from what i heard and read on the forms.

While we're getting ready for all the first batch of transfers, we'll be disabling transfer requests from on March 23, 2016 for 6 HOURS, from 12:00 PDT to 18:00 PDT (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM). This will help ensure that the first batch of transfers will go through.
