    [GM]Gourdy stated in the early days of Rumble Fighter here on RedFox that although ways of payment like Rixty cards are not currently supported, the RedFox team is doing their best to provide more payment methods to create a much more convenient experience for the community. It can be assumed, not guaranteed, but assumed, that the support team is waiting on further word regarding various methods of payment and will get back to you as soon as they can disclose further information!

    I knew already [CA]Exocore but if the answer is so easy why not answer to the ticket quickly? it makes no sense give no answer.

    Thank you for your response.

    As stated in my previous reply, the support team is waiting for further word regarding payment methods. The process of adding various methods can be long, and although the ticket can easily be replied to with a "We are looking to add more payment methods in the future." or "We will look into it." or "At this moment it is not supported."… they would rather wait until they have more information to disclose. For example, "We have successfully contacted Rixty and will add the Rixty card payment method to the website on March 29, 2016."

    Of course, this is no guarantee.
